Time and motion study of various steps of production of sisal fibre and by-products to improve the effectiveness in the production and also the revision of per metric ton sisal fibre production/work items/rate.

Objectives of the project :

• To improve the efficiency in Sisal fibre extraction process
• To adopt scientific approach in Sisal fibre extraction
• To adopt modernized equipments for Sisal fibre extraction (in consultation with Sisal Research Station, Bamra, Sambhalpur)
